These beautiful giraffe print wood earrings were hand burned by me using a pyrography/wood burning machine. After burning, I carefully hand brush on 3-4 thin layers of acrylic sealant over the course of a day to protect them from wear and fading. Each pair of earrings are unique and one-of-a-kind with no two pairs exactly the same - just like a real giraffe's patterns!
They are extremely lightweight and are made with nickel free ear wires, a silver plated hoop, and sealed hand burned wood. Simple enough for day wear but striking enough to wear anytime, the natural material and stunning giraffe print design combine to make a pair of unique, elegant, and eye-catching earrings.
NOTE: Wood absorbs water and will warp or swell. Do not wear in the shower or swimming pool.
ALSO NOTE: As the items in this shop are made by burning, some items may have a slight smoky smell when they arrive - like the smell you might have on your clothes after being near a campfire. If your items do smell a little smoky when you open your package, please be assured it *will* fade shortly.
