Shipping policy

Non-custom or non-personalized orders ship out within 2-3 business days.

Soot & Cinders offers FREE domestic shipping (USA) for orders above $35 USD. 

Orders for less than $35 will be charged shipping at their calculated rate by weight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Personalized items take longer to prepare, and preparation time will depend on whether the item is laser- or hand-burned as well as the size of the item. Estimated preparation times are located on each personalized product's listing page.   

Custom orders (like an order of 50 pairs of hand-burned earrings, for example) are possible, and their preparation time will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in placing a large custom order, email me at info@sootcinders.com so I can give you an accurate quote and time estimate.

Shipping transit time for all orders will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. For orders shipped in the USA using Economy shipping, the USPS currently estimates it at 3-7 business days. For orders shipped in the USA using Standard shipping, the USPS currently estimates it at 2-3 business days.

I do ship internationally, but I am currently unable to include estimated duties and taxes on international transactions at this time. I am looking into making this available in the future.
