These stunning daisy natural wood earrings were hand burned by me using a pyrography/wood burning machine. The background is also hand burned to give it stippled-like texture. After burning, I carefully hand brush on 3-4 thin layers of acrylic over the course of a day to protect them from wear and fading. Each pair of earrings are unique and one-of-a-kind with no two pairs exactly the same!
They have a little substance to them but are still lightweight enough for all day wear. Since the design is added manually, it adds a light texture to the surface of the earrings that adds to the one-of-a-kind feel.
NOTE: Wood can absorb water and warp or swell. Do not wear natural wood earrings in the shower or swimming pool
ALSO NOTE: As the items in this shop are made by burning, some items may have a slight smoky smell when they arrive - like the smell you might have on your clothes after being near a campfire. If your items do smell a little smoky when you open your package, please be assured it *will* fade shortly.
