Floral Bouquet in Rounded Rectangle Beech Wood Sterling Silver Earrings

These unique and extremely lightweight earrings have a bouquet of flowers engraved and burnt into a rounded rectangle of solid beech wood that is carved and burnt using a laser cutter. They are engraved on BOTH sides.  

They are designed and made by hand in the USA with sterling silver ear wires and 100% natural and untreated solid Beech. The wood is sustainably obtained (scroll down for more info). 

Untreated beech is a pale cream color, often with a brown or even pink hue. As the wood is solid and natural and not a veneer or particle board, there will be natural variation in tone and grain.

NOTE: Wood can absorb water and warp or swell. Do not wear natural wood earrings in the shower, bath, or swimming pool.

ALSO NOTE: As the items in this shop are made by burning, some items may have a slight smoky smell when they arrive - like the smell you might have on your clothes after being near a campfire. If your items do smell a little smoky when you open your package, please be assured it *will* fade shortly.

Sustainability: The wood comes from a small US family-owned lumber company that obtains wood sustainably. Items are shipped in recyclable and biodegradable packaging. Jewelry is packaged in a brown kraft cotton filled jewelry box secured with a decorative twine bow and shipped in a cardboard box with brown crumpled paper packing material and sealed with paper packing tape. Note for those with cat allergies: These earrings are made in my workshop in my home, and I have two cats. All efforts are made to keep earrings and packing materials free of any allergens, but since the workshop is not physically separate from my home I cannot guarantee that the packaging will be 100% allergen-free.
